so today dah dua entry ina posted including this entry
last entry sedikit sebanyak maklumat pasal transistor (nak baca click here)
and now nak cerita pasal Integrated Circuit (IC)
- Pengertian Litar Bersepadu
litar bersepadu atau disebut juga sebagai litar mikro, mikrocip/cip mikro adalah cip nipis.
Biasanya 1 sm2 atau lagi nipis dan mempunyai beribu atau berjuta -juta perkakasan semikonduktor
yang saling berhubung, kebanyakannya transistor juga komponen pasif seperti perintang.
Litar bersepadu yang paling maju adalah mikro pemproses yang mengendali semua perkara dari computer kepada telefon selular kepada ketuhar mikrogelombang.
